Why I’m walking the talk

Each year, 65,000 Aussies attempt to take their own life. That’s why I’m walking to the talk. With a kind donation, I can help to save lives and create a future where no call for help goes unanswered.

To stop the stigma surrounding mental health and raise much-needed funds for Lifeline, I’ll be walking and talking for 65km this May.

Please support me by making a tax-deductible donation to Lifeline and help to ensure that Aussies’ in crisis always have somewhere and someone to turn to.

Why talking about mental health is so important

Monday 24th Apr
It's 2023 we're all in tune with our feelings and talk about our emotions right...? Wrong!
When we see someone is physically injured it is the norm to check on them give them support. However when someone know is going through a tough time, those conversations can be hard and more often than not we avoid them as we worry about saying the wrong thing.

It's time to get out there and have those conversations, you never know it could save a life.
