What is a team and how do I create one?

Getting your friends and family involved in Walk the Talk is a great way to stay motivated, share fitness and fundraising tips and help save lives together! 

Everyone logs their own fundraising updates and milestones and it all counts towards your team’s success.

And, setting up a team is easy. Once you’ve signed up to Walk the Talk, you can log in to your dashboard and select ‘Start a team’. Think of a great name for you and your team and share the link to get others to join.

How do I join a team?

Once you’ve signed up to Walk the Talk, simply log in to your dashboard, type in the name of the team that you would like to join and click ‘join’. Now you’re set!

How do I invite people to join my team?

Spread the word and tell your friends, family and workmates to sign up. Then, they can ‘Join a team’ on their fundraiser dashboard and type in your team name to join. The more, the merrier!

Can I sign up after 1 May?

Walk the Talk runs from 1 May - 31 May inclusive. So as long as you’re able to complete your 65km within the month of May and have some memorable chats with mates, you can sign up after this date.
