Start the talking

Start the conversation and tell everyone you know that you’re walking the talk for Lifeline! Ask them to help you support Queenslanders going through tough times by making a donation to your fundraiser.

Add the walking

Slide into your walking shoes and start tracking your kilometres throughout the month of May. Don’t forget to grab your mates, and have a meaningful conversation. It could save a life.

Every step you make and dollar you raise during the month of May will help Lifeline to answer more calls and save more lives.

In 2015 I was diagnosed with depression. It’s something I basically never talk about, and it’s still hard to write about now even though it was so long ago. But I can’t encourage others to talk about the topic if I don’t do the same.

We need to reduce the statistics by being able to say when we’re not ok and seek help.”
