Why I'm walking the talk
65,000 AUSSIES ATTEMPT SUICIDE EVERY YEAR - resulting in an average of about 9 suicidal deaths per day. That's more than double the road toll!
This May, I will be participating in “Walk the Talk” for Lifeline. This involves grabbing a mate and walking 65km throughout the month to symbolise those affected, whilst sparking conversations that tackle the stigma surrounding mental health.
